Seun Ologun William is the current Executive President of the West-Africa youth council. He is a veteran Pan African youth leader, activist and a pan Africanist that believes that Youth should be change agents. Mr Seun is an Consultant on strategic governance and he is chairing the Advisory board of ‘’Ondo State Concerned youth’’ which is an youth organisation based in Nigeria. Former West Africa students union interim president, he worked on west africa’s strategic governance. He is engaged in promoting Youth inclusion and empowerment, Peace and security building, cultural awareness and Youth participation in politics and governance. Seun believed that international partnership,engagement and solidarity can overcomes poverty and development feuds
MCEVA TEMOFE
McEva Temofe is passionate about entrepreneurship and building top-notch brands based on diverse African values that change the perception of Africa. He was born in Lagos Nigeria, educated in Nigeria, South Africa, Benin Republic, and launched his entrepreneurial career in Lagos. He is fluent in, and conducts business in, Yoruba, Olukumi, Pidgin English and English.
McEva has earned years of work experience in MEDIA applied in various business areas such as branding, production, manufacturing, service and management. He is graduate of Mass Communication with a successful academic and work track record, bags of enthusiasm. Target driven and tenacious along with a first class communication media ethic. McEva has an Implementation of a well-researched and successful media initiatives, a bright, articulate and numerate individual with excellent communication skills, professional input to pioneer growth. Also, he studied cinematography in Johannesburg, South Africa, radio in Nairobi, Kenya and radio in Lagos, Nigeria. McEva functioned as a consultant for several multi-national organizations, States and Federal bodies in, creating creative contents (programmes, visual and audio), professional presentations & proposals, development of constructive articles, creating top-notch electronic and print work, building from scratch to finish a radio / television, branding and corporate event. In the past few years, McEva has added values in his self-humanitarian work in the lives of Africans in (YOUTH&COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT). He has worked in reputable local and international organizations and helped build strong foundation that steered them to great height.

YAYE RAMATOULAYE
Yaye Ramatoulaye Dieye is Engineer in Statistics and MS in Development and Project Management. She is from Senegal and has about 10 years in M&E , Project management and Gender mainly in UN and AUC. As Gender Officer with the African Union (AU), Ramatoulaye Dieye is working on harmonizing African Countries National Gender Policies with the AU Policy and documenting the implementation of African Countries commitments in making Gender Equality a reality. Rama is passionate about Women’s rights and Women Empowerment and her aim is to address the needs of grassroots women by building their capacities and implementing the various commitments made by Member States with regards to women’s empowerment.
She wishes to work beyond developing policies and strategies on concrete actions to make difference in the field and provide women with knowledge and technologies that will have effects on their life.
Hon Faruk Malami Yabo
MFR Yariman Yabo is a recipient of the Presidential National Honor, Member of the Order of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria for his outstanding public service as Honorable Commissioner for Finance and subsequently, Honorable Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development in Sokoto State, Nigeria between 2007 to May 2015. He also served as Chairman, Millennium Development Goal (MDG) Conditional Cash Transfer Program (CCT) Sokoto State, Nigeria, this earned him recognition by the National Office of the MDG. He was also a Member of the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC), as well as a Member of the National Joint Tax Board (JTB) and NEPAD Peer Review Commitee.
His delivery on infrastructure, primary health care, peace and security and functional entrepreneurship model earned him recognition from national and international institutions. These include USAID, the Department of State Services (DSS), State of Georgia, USA, Black Congressional Caucas,the State of Maryland, Washington DC Chamber of Commerce, African Leadership Magazine Grassroots Development Program, National Assembly and News Watch Commissioner of the year awards.
Prior to joining the Public Sector, Faruk worked with Bank of the North Limited until the late 1990’s. He founded a technology Company called ‘K-Tech’, which pioneered the introduction of Computer Software in the three Major Nigeria Language, (Igbo,Yoruba and Hausa) in early 2000.
He studied Public Administration at the Bayero University Kano and holds Masters Degree in Public Policy Administration (MPPA) from the same University. Hon Faruk attended Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government where he studied Public Financial Management. He also attended University of Manchester, Manchester business school where he studied International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
His professional membership includes; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered National Accountant (CNA), Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Economics of Nigeria (ACIT), Member of Chartered Institue of Administration (MCIA), Fellow Certified Financial Analysta (FCFA).
Hon Faruk Yabo is currently on an Advisory Board of Shehu Shagari World Institute for leadership and good Governance (SSWI), He is also on the Board of Center for Economis and Leadership Development (CELD) UK, Advisory Board Member, African Leadership Magazine, Patron ECOWAS Youth Council, Vice President Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON), Board Memeber NewAD Energy UK and Co-founder to be Connected Nigeria, a project that connects ideas and talents of young Nigerians to the right industry(s).
He is also leading the drive towards combining sports with education, a dual career path academic program offered for althletes by Johan Cruyff Institue of Sports, Barcelona Spain which is part of the Dutch University System.
Through public speech and paper presentations he has created a profound public consciousness and connection towards harnessing the talent, energy and the innovation of Africa’s young peoplein order to achieve accelerated growth and development in the Contienent. He is a member of IBB International Golf Club, Honorary Member Barcelona Football Club, Spain and member Washington DC City Club.
H.E. MR. MOUSTAPHA NAITE
Born in Conakry in 1976, Mr. Naïté has served as Minister for Youth and Youth Employment since his appointment in 2014 by President Apha Conde. He holds a BA in civil engineering from Northeastern University and a Masters degree in economics from Tufts University in Massachusetts. Following his return to Guinea, he entered the private sector, establishing, among other, a successful information technology company. He entered the political world in 2010, first as senior communications official in the presidential party, Parti du Rassemblement du Peuple de Guinée (RPG), as party spokesperson, and later as senior official in the administration, until he was tapped by President Conde in 2014 for his present position. Throughout his career, Mr. Naïté has worked with issues concerning youth, having initiated several initiatives and organizations within the area as well as representing his country at international youth meetings.

With over 25 years of professional experience, most of which in leadership and senior management positions in governance, namely two mandates as Minister,she intend to serve and apply her experience, skills and ethical principles to make a significant difference and be a constructive force in the lives of others advocating for peace, equality, women’s rights, child protection and democratic governance. She was former minister of justice and also internal affairs of Cape Verde.
PROF. DJÉNÉBA TRAORÉ
Prof. Djénéba Traoré is Malian and currently Director General at the West Africa Institute (WAI) in Praia, Cabo Verde. She holds a Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany), a postgraduate degree in the Educational Integration of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Montreal (Canada) and a Bachelor degree in German Language from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENSup) of Bamako, Republic of Mali.
She has held several positions, including those of Rector of the University of Literatures and Humanities of Bamako (Mali); Senior Advisor, in charge of communication at the Ministry of Education of Mali); Expert of the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES) on the Recognition and Equivalence Program of Diplomas.
She was also a consultant in matters relating to “Gender” for the African Center for Training and Administrative Research for Development (CAFRAD), trainer in “HIV/AIDS” for the World Food Program (WFP), resource person of the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA).
Prof. Djénéba Traoré is the author of several publications on the role and place of women in the administration (and society) in Mali, Education issues, African literature, German literature and ICT Pedagogical Integration.
